Flow

Flow is the feature of sending messages to various message channels according to their reception results. For example, you can increase reception rates while saving money by sending notifications according to their reception results, such as push, email, and text.

  1. Click + Create Flow.
  2. Enter a flow name and select the object for sending. The purpose you set for sending determines which message channels and templates you can select.
    • AlimTalk cannot be used if the purpose of sending is advertising.
    • You can only select templates that match the purpose of sending.
  3. Click the + button to add a flow step.
  4. Drag the added flow step to adjust the sending order and select a message channel.
  5. In the Template Name column, click Select and select the template to use for the flow.
